Tell us about yourself
My story first began in home staging, where I began to identify a clear gap in the market for well-designed, high quality and accessible furniture. From there, I began travelling to China to design and develop our own collections, importing them directly. Creating beautiful pieces at an aordable price is something I genuinely care about. Designer style furniture that’s truly accessible isn’t easy to find, and I believe that’s what sets PNA Imports apart. I’m also truly passionate about supporting others in the industry to grow, succeed, and maximise their profitability wherever possible. I believe that now more than ever, it’s important we help one another build success in our own unique ways. In my ideal world, we’re all lifting each other up and celebrating each other’s wins along the way.
What do you enjoy most about being a furniture and homeware importer?
As a furniture wholesaler, I enjoy my role in supporting the process by providing pieces that enhance creativity rather than limit it. Before people notice the flooring or the joinery, they notice the atmosphere of the room, the balance, the calm, the visual weight of the furniture. From my perspective, furniture is not just about aesthetics — it is about creating environments and the emotional connection that resonates with people the moment they enter a room and that’s what I love about my job.
How has being part of the IDA community supported or influenced your journey?
What I value most about being part of the IDA community is the opportunity to collaborate with people who are genuinely passionate about design and the work they do. It’s inspiring to connect with others who share the same commitment to creating great spaces while finding ways to make their projects smoother, easier, and more streamlined.
